I developed strong skilkls in machine learning principles during my co-op with Osteoporosis Canada at Sheridan’s Center for Mobile Innovation (CMI), where our team analyzed patient-reported data to uncover relationships among variables using ML algorithms, ultimately aiming to predict the likelihood of bone fractures within the next 10 years. My core responsibilities included data cleaning and feature extraction from osteoporosis datasets, particularly those from the Ontario Osteoporosis Strategy’s Baseline Questionnaire and other relevant sources.

In my most recent co-op at OCAS, I applied my ML skills from my co-op with Osteoporosis Canada at Sheridan’s Center for Mobile Innovation (CMI) to build and deploy machine learning solutions in Azure DevOps, including an XGBoost model for approval/denial classification, a GPT-4o-mini–powered stakeholder extraction system, and I was in the process of building a T5-based categorization model, while also refining real-world data pipelines to support automation and decision-making.

Starting and building this website, developed and self-hosted a website using an old MacBook, which I configured to run Ubuntu Server. This setup involved installing and configuring Nginx and Nginx Proxy Manager. In addition to server setup, I handled the full stack of web development, encompassing backend programming and frontend design.
